Chicago Water Taxi Tickets can be purchased online, on the water taxis, or at the ticket offices located at the Michigan Avenue Dock and Ogilvie/Union Dock.
Contactless payment or credit/debit cards can be used for purchasing tickets, cash is not accepted.
Tickets are non-refundable and do not expire.

One-Way Ticket

Valid for one ride between any two CWT dock locations.
*Half price One-Way tickets available for Senior Citizens. Must purchase at the Ogilvie/Union or Michigan Ave Dock.
* One Way Tickets are free for active duty military and children ages 3 years old and younger.
Commuter Ten Ride Pass
$25.00
Valid for ten one-way rides between any two dock locations for one passenger. This ticket is for commuters only and cannot be used by groups or multiple riders. Rides do not expire and can be used in subsequent years.
All Day Pass
$20.00
Valid for unlimited rides on one calendar day.
