• 1. Do you operate in the rain? Yes, all of our taxis are partially enclosed.

• 3. Do you go to Navy Pier? No, we do not go to Navy Pier but you can take a free trolley from our Michigan Avenue stop at the corner of Illinois and Rush.
• 4. Can I take a bicycle on board? Yes
• 5. Can I smoke on the vessel? No, due to a City Ordinance.
• 6. Are the vessels handicapped accessible? The vessels are however the docks and facilities are not.
• 7. Can I bring my baby stroller aboard? Yes
• 8. Do the vessels have restrooms on them? Yes
• 9. Can I buy refreshments aboard? Yes, One of our taxis has a bar available.
• 10. Are you dependable? Yes, we are the only water taxi in the city running on a schedule based off of the Metra Trains.
